Growth is not something we force. It unfolds when children feel safe to explore, create, move & be themselves.
Hi, I’m Lisa Brodrick.
I’m a yoga educator, children’s yoga trainer, and founder of Wild Roots.
For more than two decades, I’ve explored how movement, mindfulness, creativity, and storytelling support growth and well-being across all stages of life. My work has taken me from public school classrooms to yoga studios, retreats, and teacher trainings throughout the United States and internationally including South Africa, Central America and the Virgin Islands.
Wild Roots was born from a simple belief: children learn best when they are invited to move, imagine, create, and connect. Through yoga, storytelling, art, breathwork, and social-emotional learning, we help children build confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and joy.
Drawing from my background as a yoga teacher, school educator, and curriculum developer, I created Wild Roots to support teachers, caregivers, and wellness professionals who want practical, engaging tools to nurture the whole child.
When we’re rooted in curiosity, creativity, and connection, growth happens naturally.
Welcome to Wild Roots.
“What takes root lasts a lifetime.”
